Is this service really Free? Does our company have to pay for anything at all?
Not one cent. We provide your machine(s) or micro-market at NO cost to your business. We will also service the machine and stock it on a regular basis.
Where is your East Dallas Vending Service Located?
We are Dallas based company with headquarters in Forney TX and serve the DFW and surrounding areas.
Who stocks the Machine?
We do everything for you. We service, monitor, and stock the machines or locations as often as needed. We are right up the street and part of your community and our well-trained staff is available and ready to help.
Can we decide what products go in the machines?
Yes. We actually prefer that you give us an idea so that we can satisfy your needs. No suggestions, No problem. We will stock the machine with the most popular products selling in your area. We can also provide free samples to you to try out.
How often are the machines stocked?
I. Typically, about once a week. Each machine is equipped with wireless remote monitoring technology, so we know if a product selection is running low. If it is determined that it needs to be serviced more often than once each week, we can set up a more frequent service schedule.
What training have you received?
Our professional staff has gone through extensive training in several areas – including the operation and maintenance of the machine, nutritional guidelines, product management, inventory control, product sampling, etc. Our main focus is and always will be customer service – we are here to serve you and your location We will provide you with a business card and a label on the machine with our local contact information should you ever need it.
How many machines does my company get? Can we have more than one?
This depends on several factors. First, we need to evaluate the volume of foot traffic on a daily basis. Next, we need to consider if there is competition from other vending machines located in your business if you have any. If these two factors confirm there’s enough demand for an additional machine, we will be happy to supply one to your business. Some locations such as large schools, businesses, colleges, warehouses, etc. may have enough demand for multiple machines.
If we already have a vending machine or a contract with another vendor, can we still receive a vending machine?
This depends on the specific contract and type of machine at your location. Many contracts are exclusive only to “traditional” vending products (e.g. Snickers, Coke, etc.). Therefore, this doesn’t cause an issue as we can create menu plans of non-competing items to those in a different machine such as healthy options. Or if your location only has a drink machine, we can add a snack machine.
We have a machine already, but we are not happy with it. Is it always broken or never stocked? Can we use East Dallas Vending?
You bet. We will have to discuss further to make sure we are not stepping on anyone’s toes based on prior contractual agreements. But is your current machine old and beat up? Better yet does it comply with ADA and/or is it energy efficient? These are all reason that you might need to call us so that you are staying compliant and not using old or outdated equipment.
What are some of the features of the machines?
Our machines offer:
• Credit/debit card reader in addition to taking cash and coins
• Daily remote monitoring so we know if a product selection is running low
• Energy-saving mode can be used so no power is wasted keeping drinks cold overnight if no employees are working
• Ability to program machine to provide employee discounts (e.g. to reward employees working on weekends)
• SmartCard technology – we can upload/change machine settings quickly
• Capability to add Entrée/Side Dish Vendor to machine for healthy meal options
• Machines are compliant with the 2012 American’s With Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines for vending machines

Do you offer coffee services as well for your employee breakrooms or offices?
Yes
Can you service any size business?
Yes. Do you have 250 employees plus or a small company? No, problem.
Do you offer strictly Healthy vending machines and healthy products?
You bet we do.
How soon can you come out and look at our location after we contact you?
We can usually come out and meet you within 1-3 days and in some cases as soon as the same day.
Are we required to sign a contract with your East Dallas vending machine services? At our business?
NO. We do ask that you sign a basic agreement that outlines the relationship between your location and us – just so everyone is comfortable. This contract has no time commitment. It basically states that we will be responsible for keeping the machine stocked and maintained. But, not required in all cases.
What happens if the beverage machines or snack machines break down?
We use state of the art machines so most require very little repair but, if it does break down, we have it covered. We service all the vending machines installed and handle the repairs.
What if someone loses money in the vending machine?
The vending service guy/gal handling your account will reimburse any money that is lost in the vending machine. You will want to check with them on how they go about handling the refunds.
What if my vending machine is vandalized?
Vandalism can happen and is usually a temporary situation. Choosing the best location for the vending machines can prevent vandalism. If your vending machines are vandalized, you will not be held responsible for any damaged equipment or lost money. Our Vending Machine Service Company reserves the right to remove vending machines if vandalism continues to be an issue. Before we place a new vending machine at your property, we would ask that you find a better location or take steps to correct the problem.
What are the electrical requirements for a soda machine?
. Most drink vending machines run on 115 volts at about 10.5 amps. Most commercial grade three prong outlets will be acceptable to power a vending machine.
What is the referral program and when do I get my $100?
East Dallas Vending appreciates any referral that we get. If we end up working with the referral that you connect us with, you will get $100 towards Amazon.com. No trick or games here, if partner with your referral (3 month minimum) then you will get the Amazon gift card hand delivered or mailed to you.
Do you partner with any charities or organizations? ?
Yes, we partner with the community as well as internationally. The two organization are Forney Food Pantry and Compassion International. We give 10% of our revenue to these organization as part of our mission.
